CHASENOTHING.

Client portals for freelancers and small studios — milestones, files, and an invoice they can pay, behind one link.

How it works

Three steps between you and never sending a follow-up again.

01

Create a portal

Client name, project, milestones. Two minutes, and it wears your logo and color — not ours.

02

Send one link

No account, no password for your client. Progress, files, and messages, all on one page they can actually find.

03

Get paid in it

The invoice lives next to the work. One button, paid — money lands in your bank account, not a maybe-later inbox.

One link. Everything in it.

This is the link you send.

Client portals built around getting paid

Honest comparison

We're not trying to be SuperOkay.

SuperOkay is a great tool for winning a client — briefs, proposals, estimates, all built to impress before you sign. Portlkit picks up after that: it's built around the part every freelancer dreads, which is getting paid without three follow-up emails.

Questions, answered honestly

Before you ask

Do my clients need an account?

No. Every portal is one private link — your client opens it, sees everything, approves milestones, and pays. No password, no signup, nothing to forget.

How do payments actually work?

Stripe. You connect your account once; your client pays inside the portal and the money settles straight to your bank. You never chase, and we never hold your funds.

What's the catch on the free plan?

One active portal and a small "Made with Portlkit" badge on it. That's the whole catch — payments and milestones aren't rationed.

Can it look like my studio instead of Portlkit?

On Pro, yes — your logo, your brand color, your own domain, and the badge disappears. Your client sees your studio, full stop.

What happens to my portals if I cancel?

They're yours. Portals go read-only so clients keep access to what you delivered, and you can export your files and history any time.

Every project has a summit.

You do the work. The portal handles the chase.

Milestones approved, files delivered, messages answered, invoice paid — one link your client actually opens.

Free to start. Two minutes to your first portal.
